An oversized, expensive Bureaucracy in public listed ("private!") businesses on Govt support is the Biggest Waste that crowds out the funding of new ideas.

Small Government is a simplistic chant to the extent of losing sight of exactly what it is against!
It is Time to Just Get Back to Basics of Public and Private...and Public & Private (e.g. Postal Services, Education)....with Sensible Taxation, Not Corporate Maintenance** that cannot be sustained anymore without crumbling General Socio-Economic Infrastructure.
